I did this a few months back, and it worked out really well.  The masks were delivered at the appointed time, and the delivery person even gave a demonstration of how to put on the mask.

Be prepared, and hope that we never have to use them!

  1. has anyone succeeded on ordering the gas masks via this service over the past day or so? i have not been able to get thru at any of the numbers…thanks

    1. Tova, the 03 number seems to be open right now. Lines may free up as it gets closer to 22:00. Alternatively, you can try using the web form to request a call back and see if that is successful.

  2. Re: Gas masks—-
I ordered gas masks & gave my card card info. at the time of ordering. The masks were delivered the following week. I have now received a 25 nis bill from the Israeli Postal Service (eventhough the 25 nis billing appears on my credit card record). My daughter told me the postal service tried to bill her & her husband (each) even after they paid the 25 nis fee via their credit card; they have ignored their bill & advised me to do the same. Has this happened to anyone else?

    1. Susan, are you certain that the letter you got is a bill and not a receipt? We did, in fact, receive a notice in the mail afterwards which was only a receipt.
